Yellow and Blue Macaw

My largest yet, 60 x 70 cm canvas.
Spent a lot of (pleasurable) time on this. Painted from a friends photo, taken at the Zoo, with my back ground idea.

One of your best Bill. I really love the white space on this one Bill. It makes the painting look majestic :congrats:

Amazing perspective!   I may be wrong but to me it tooks like the view if from above the bird and looks way down.   Great choice of colours.    Another amazing painting Bill  :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap: :clap:

Congratulations Bill!  This brought back memories of my trying to paint the blue macaw in w/c quite a few years back. If nothing else it gave me a good giggle looking at it again. I must have a go in pastel, I´m always asked for one here.Excellent job.  O0
