What a darling little fox!  Just love the expression on his/her face...bless the "happy accidents!"

Hi everyone,

I have completed the pen and ink wash exercise. It was quite fun.

I can tell you, having done most of Paint Basket's "Let's Draw" course helped immensely with this one!

Unfortunately the yellow ochre (palest wash doesn't show up very much in the scan unfortunately, but this was the best scan I could get.

Let me know what you think.

I will have the chance to achieve perfection, when and only when I can remember the future.

Brilliant    This is what the pen and ink wash is all about. You have captured the essence of it completely. There is noting wrong with your colours. Glad to see the colours as a wash and not thickly painted in.

This could be your forte  O0

Batman and Lillian, your Giraffes are really good. You make me want to try pen and ink.  Maybe after I finish the drawing course. I am having fun.  I already have a whole set of ink and several pen nibs and holders. Still unopened, hoping they are not drying up.

Be careful that the nibs don't go rusty. They need a lot of ink flowing over them  :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:
