Great job Harald  . I like your background. I found the background very difficult. I bought a set of pencils a few years ago but wasn't really sure how to use. This was a great lesson but still not very keen on the pencils. I will try them for bark texture.

Well done you two...  I didn't really see much of the lesson but you've done a fantastic job. Don't forget this is a new medium to us so the first couple are bound to look a bit rough round the edges. I think you've both done a banner job. I might just jump ahead and have a go at this anyway....I'm still working on the #3 video.   :hang:

Sshhh...don't tell Dennis, it'll be a surprise!
Cheers, Val

Harold,
That is fantastic.  And so quick. :yippee: :yippee:  Maybe I can do mine soon.  Printer not working.  But I know mine won't be near as good as yours.  Great job, both you and Denise.

Well here is my watercolor pencil painting. This was fun. yes I made some mistakes. Forgot to highlight my eyes, so I had to use white actylic paint. the middle section on the nose I outline to dark. tried to use water to lighten it. Did take some off. I like your black pencil better than mine. Yours has a blueish tint to it. Mine is just gray. Thanks Dennis I really enjoyed this. O0 O0 I think I will use watercolor pencil more often.

:thankyou: Dennis for another great class!

This is the first time I've attempted to paint along with a class.

I really enjoyed learning how to use the watercolor pencils.  With some practice, I may be able to put these to work.  I've had quite a few pencils, but any time I tried to use them, I wasn't happy with the result.
