You are so right, Natalie! LOL
Mea....you did an excellent job. After you make her "round", it will make a great art buddy. Good job.

Yup, Retta, I plumped her up and she's hanging in my kitchen. I love her.

Well done, Louisa
Just recheck the area on the right of the nose - does not look quite right

Thank you Dennis, I can see now, I was too excited to post the painting. I will try to fix the poor doe's nose. Thank you again.

Good job Louisa. Isn't it funny how we always see things 'after' we post it?
Well done.

Ryan decided to give this one a try. He found the class more enjoyable than the sketching ones they have been doing
I did hear him muttering something about his own colours not being dark enough, and the black of the nose spread before he could get to dry it. Hopefully he will start using some colour in his own pictures now!

Good job, Ryan! Wasn't this a fun painting. I love this critter.
This is one on my favorite paintings, even though I am not a fan of WC pencils.
You are making great progress.

I spent a lovely weekend painting.
This kudu doe was fun. Now I have a much better idea of what I can do with my watercolor pencils. More ways to play and have fun. Yippie!
