Annie, you could go ovrr the acrylic part with a glazing medium to make it shine.

Very wise Val... I am taking serious note.  But would need a few of those drinks for watercolor.

More often than not you cannot tell the difference between the oil and acrylic parts of a painting once it is dry so you don't have to worry.

Great job, Cyril.  Wow, looks like you learned that lesson well. Everything is so nicely blended.

Those mountains are so beautifully textured!  Realistic sky, too.

Hmmm...looks like I need to take that lesson.

I am very impressed you managed with acrylic.  It was difficult enough in oil.
