:help: Nolan, I am on chapter 22 and trying to figure this out, but I am .

Looking at picture on page 219 of manual, how do you determine the horizon, or any picture for that matter?  I know you say eye level, but what determines eye level?  I feel like an  :idiot2:, but I guess I am having a mental block.   :'(  I want to learn this, and when I try to draw the lines they don't always meet exactly.  What am I doing wrong. :help:  Am I the only one having this problem? :crazy2:

The next part is the drawing of the building, which I can't move on to until I get the vanishing point concept.  Page 221 of my manuel has part of a picture sitting on the rectangle where I am assuming I am suppose to draw.  The picture does not have the whole building, the top has been cut off.  On the video for this day I see the whole picture up above the rectangle to draw on and you are drawing.  Can you email me a page that is correct so when I get to that point I can try to draw it.

I am sorry this is so long and I hope I put it in the right place. I am really frustrated right now, I was trying to keep up and now about 3 days behind. Kept putting off writing, because I wasn't sure where to put it and kept trying to figure it out.

Thanks for your help.

219 - start with the right hand side of the large house. Extend the top of the roof to the right as well as the bottom of the roof and the bottom of the house. Where they intersect is the horizon and eye level O0

221 - The image you have is correct as is. The one I worked from in the video was from the original course. I cropped the house in the new course to simplify to a bit. You can leave out the drawing of the whole top section of the house if you wish. O0
