Need to change time zone....QUICKLY!!!!

I need some help here guys....want to make the lesson today. Spent all morning getting the internet to work and now I have to change the time zone!  Tried using the link from the reminder email, but can't seem to find where to go. Anyone help?
Desperate!!!!!   



OK .... it might be safe to come out from the cupboard!  I think I have it fixed.     If I did...I'll see you there.

   Couldn't remember the page, the search came up empty....finally did it through the profile page!  Just so thrilled I got to see most of the lesson. My pack, my camera and book are waiting by the door for tomorrow morning.
