Thank you so much Susan. I have been away from this site for a while, so thanks a lot for the compliment. I have several paintings in the  works myself. Looking for motivation. My canvas has been my garden lately.

Such a pretty painting! I can feel the coolness of the garden and enjoy a beautiful day.  If I were to change anything, I would have just a little bit more contrast by going lighter nearer the upper half of the sky.  Good job!

Hi every one. Wow! Nice to hear from you all. Yes I've been busy gardening and reading lately. I needed a change. I think this is a sign for me to get my butt in gear and paint.

The garden is fun lots of pots with veggies and flowers, it gets me outdoors more which is awesome.
