kicked out of the paint basket tv for last several minutes of show, don't think I missed much since Dennis had signed the painting.  Look forward to the replay, thanks Dennis & Nolan

I painted along but I lost the last hour - just continuous buffering. I could still see part of the picture so I had a go anyway.
When it snows in my part of the world it's so rare it's a celebration!

Shame you missed the last hour Karen, nice job anyway.   When it snows an inch in my part of the world it's absolute chaos:)

I found it hard work painting along, think I'll wait for the replays in future  ;D

Ok here it is. I looked at it thought well it doesn't look to bad. The dog got my trees, thats why the snow is yellow.  :2funny: :2funny:

Gloria, I wasn't afraid. I just did not think I had it right. But after it dried and the tape off, then I thought well it's not as bad as I thought. Considering I have not done a snow scene before. Just old things from the past haunting me. I keep hearing my dad saying you will never mount to anything. Which I know is wrong. I am doing better. But with the Lord on my side, my family and [friends on here] always there to encourage me. I will achieve. I think I would like to do a snow scene with a barn in it.

All three paintings have been beautifully painted    Each one has it's own character imparted by the artist. It thrills me every time I come home and then see paintings awaiting me.  :) You have no idea how it encourages me to keep on.

Anita, don't stop the paint-along - it matters not if you think the quality is not up to standard or you have make mistakes. What matters is that you are DOING something that is beyond your comfort zone. When this happens then the actual learning really takes place.

Oh wow!  I haven't felt envious and regretful that I didn't book on a class in a long time!
I opened this thread to see absolute winter beauty!  I can't believe how nice these are. Dennis, you've nurtured and developed amazing Artists. You should be proud of your skills and teachings.
I'm gonna book onto this one first when I start the water colour painting. I decided that when we go in the motor-home, water colour painting is a better medium to take in a confined space and for speed of drying. I can't wait to start it. Going in June, July & Sept. this year then, lots next year when Sue retires early in May at 55.
I can't wait to show her these paintings.
Congratulations Karen, Anita & Nina! You all did fabulous  O0
I look forward to seeing Gloria's too.

Nice group of paintings, congrats to all those who painted along.  Will get to it this week once the replay happens.  I actually hate snow-lived with it most of my life.  Little if any where I live now-can go up to mountains nearby if I should want to see it-ha-ha.  But it is pretty.

Ladies, your paintings are all individual creations which are all lovely. Nina, one thing you can say you have "amounted to" is a very good artist! Know it, accept it! O0
