Kay and Ai Ke, bot your paintings are very well done      Kay the start of the shadow for the large tree is too wide. Thin down the top part of the shadow to the width of the tree trunk where it goes over the road. O0

Sherri,

Very pretty pastel colors.  Check the shading - orange tree seems to be shaded the opposite of the one next to it - plus the darker side on the right seems to form an eye-catching diagonal on the tree top.

Maybe vary the shape of the two pink trees in the middle, maybe just wisp a bit more to the top and side of the back one.

Nice bark on the right tree trunk.

Got the makings of a lovely painting here.

Thanks Mea. Once I get Dennis' feedback I will go fix everything. Still struggling with watercolors  this one seemed a little easier so maybe that is a good thing!!!

I seem to overdo my paintings if I look at all the other paintings. I'm like Batman, I love lots of colour. :-X

Excellent. Louisa     Look how nice you have the background receding into the distance. This is what I was getting at in the Summer Trees painting. Very good depth in this painting. Keep it up :flowers:

Thank you so much Dennis. You are such a great teacher and I hope it's not going to take 60 years to grasp the water colour techniques, I do not have that kind of time for I am more or less your age. I cannot say enough thank you's.
