I can't get into the class. I have a booking number which is no use but I don't have a serial number. I have been through all my emails - no serial number that works. How do i get in to the class?

Ahhhhh, so sorry, Karen.  I was looking forward to seeing your painting.

As usual, it was a great class.  Hurray for the replays!

Nolan's leaving for a few days' holidays, can't say if you get any help 'til he gets back.

Thanks Lillian. I found it quite frustrating partly because I wasted most of an hour trying to get in, in various ways.
I'm sorry to have missed the lesson. Nolan and dennis must find it a real pain to have to take time off their teaching roles to sort out our computer and access niggles.

Karen, Nolan and Dennis sure do a fabulous job from all angles.

No doubt Nolan will be disappointed when he learns you couldn't get in the class.

You're his model pupil after all.  He was asking if anyone was painting along.  :(

Karen, under the new system, I believe that bookings are automatically added to your account so that you do not need, or get, a serial number - only a booking number for your accounts.
You do have to be logged in to Paintbasket, however.
If you were logged in before going to the live video page then you will probably have to wait until Nolan returns from holiday to get it sorted.

Hi Musika
I was logged in and I booked and paid yesterday, but I did not get a confirmation email. I usually but not always get straight in. If you can't, you get a message asking for a serial number and email address or offering a place to get your serial number which produces an evil black, blank mini screen which won't - at least in my case, let you shut it. There is also an offer to purchase the class - presumably the replay though it doesn't say so. I thought about buying it again but I think that would only get me the receipt e-mail, not entry to the live class. Has this happened to other people? Maybe i was late?

This was my first live class....how do I now get to the replay? I couldn't find it under my "unlocked classes." BTW, great class and I can't wait until next week!

After the live class, Nolan has to spend a couple of days editing and uploading the video. As he was off on his hols. straight after the broadcast, I think it will be a bit late this week.

Hi Karen.  I booked and paid on Monday as well, but did not have any trouble viewing the class.  Not sure why you did.  There were quite a few of us on at once-I think maybe 24, not sure if that was the issue.  Hope you don't have any trouble in the future.  I hate it when technology doesn't work for me-it makes me feel kind of helpless.  Awaiting the replay to do the painting too.
