Tousabella! I think it's WONDERFUL! I can't say what needs to be fixed as I haven't even attempted it yet (tomorrow's agenda) but to me, it is just lovely as is! I simply love your interpretation of it and that's the way it is!
Great job!

Bella, there definitely is movement in the water in your painting. I think you did very well.
Your little bird just got tired of standing on that rock and decided to sit a while. I can relate to that!

Bella....it's a duck!
She's just warming her tushy and her toes on the warm rock.
Nice bright colours, water is rushing and flowing....wonderful.

everyone...had a great time doing this one. (Much better than my luck with trees!) I'm about to venture off with the Autumn trees today, and it looks like I'd better dig out the spatter apron!
Thanks, again.

Tousabella, your painting came out very well! The water looks like it is moving and your rocks look really good.

Many thanks for the appreciative and encouraging word. It gives inspiration to keep on.
Some time ago I bought Daniel Smith watercolor Ground. According to the aadvertisement it may be used as primer on almoust everything: plates, canvas , glas and boards and then paint with watercolor.
It was furn to try but the paint behaves completely different than on paper so I think it will be with just an experiment.

I`ve tried to paint a new picture on paper and think it has been better?

Wow Harald;
The second try is awesome. The first, I give you a great medal for....it is so great that you painted with Dennis. It is a terrific painting for keeping up, and with your paints. The second one is gorgeous. Gee, it's always so surprising to us to do so well when we are hard on ourselves. Great job, Harald. I really look forward to seeing your next waterfall.

Harald,
Thank you for posting both pics, It is such a "Rush" ( NO pun intended
) to see them side by side, Can clearly see the progress, That is so encouraging to see others make such improvement .. from very good to "holy cow! look how he was able to improve the sense of flow in the water!!!
1) for your courage to paint along and show us the results and 2) to then do a second painting and post both efforts together.
