In order for me to easily find and answer queries about this Lesson I will appreciate it if everyone will keep these to this specific Lesson Posting only. This will also be of benefit to you as well in the future. Thanks.

Harald, I think you're doing better at painting along! Very well done!

Harald, I am impressed with your stamina - and what you've managed to do - I find i have to stop to eat before i post!
I painted along too. I didn't use the template - tried to draw instead and I think i was a bit hasty with my colour mixing - my waterfall is too blue. Another one i will have another try to do.

Karen, I'm no longer astonished when I see what you do, I just expect it of you!
You did another very nice paint along. I'm looking forward to next one.

Dennis! Please don't even bother to scrutinize...this was my first paint-a-long and the only reason I did it was show you as a teeny birthday gift that I was brave enough to try simply because of all the caring, wisdom, instruction and encouragement you've given me. So, Happy Birthday again and I truly hope you enjoy your laugh...I certainly did as I was in my altered state doing so! I will try it again next year on your next birthday! Enjoy your day!

You all did different and nice paintings. I did paint along too, but I did not have the template available and only decided at the last minute to follow along-just used a scrap of wc paper and quickly pulled out paints & brushes. For those who think it is too difficult, it actually is fun to paint along because it becomes very intuitive (you simply don't have time to overthink anything). No I'm not going to post this one since the waterfalls is so convoluted, but I still had fun. I actually hadn't watched the lst waterfalls lesson, but for some reason my access was blocked when I tried to look at it this am. Will do that when I get access and will try to do a real painting of this one later as well. Congratulations all you guys.

Karen,
your painting is well done, as usual, You added more water going over the waterfall and made it into a slightly different picture. I have absolutely no problem with that whatsoever as I look at the techniques being used - not a change in composition, etc.
BTW the colour is not too blue as at times the sky reflection can be quite intense. It could also be slightly on the blue-purple side as well.
Mary
PLEASE don't make this the only one in the paint-along
I am so pleased that you had the courage to do so and also to post what you did. For a beginner you have done exceptionally well
I am proud of you for trying
Your rocks on the top left are even better than mine. You forgot the white strip (highlight) of the water as it flows over the edge.
Don't even worry if you think you have made mistakes - that's not the issue here. You will find that as you continue with the paint-alongs your progress will be faster than usual not only here but also with your normal paintings. There are very much more plusses than minuses in painting along. Won't go into them now.
Looking forward to your next one
