Wow!  I love the colors, subhadra.  It's beautiful!

  • Failure is not falling down, but staying down.
You should be very proud of this especially since it appears to be done in water colour.   O0

Some lovely parts to this, Subhadra.

The only problem I see is that if your perspective is off on the steps and the front buildings, it makes it look as though they are falling into the Ganges.

For a beautiful scene like this, I would be tempted to leave out the street lights and cables.

THis is remarkable.  I do agree with musika, however.  The steps look like they are going downhill but also, the first thing I noticed were the lines  in the steps.  I think they could be more narrow to take some attention away from the steps.  I'm not saying this is wrong... just what I see.  The thing about the street lights and cables.. Somewhere, in the free watercolor course maybe, I did learn that things such as electric poles and wires can or should be left out for a more pleasing look.

p.s.  as far as the steps going downward.. if this is an actual scene, maybe they do, but maybe this holds true to changing it for the aesthetic value.??  Lovely work

Very nice painting  :clap
As has been mentioned, the top half to me the perspective is perfect. I just have a problem with the bottom half in quite a few places - the steps and the objects on the steps and the small buildings on the right.

The colours are nice and clean.
