Though i would do my own version, free hand and an abstract background along with a ladybug and water drops.  I hope my shading is correct.  Your comments are welcome.  Note to see it upright you have to click on it, i don't know why it appears like that.

This is really lovely Danielle, I love the colors and the flowers are beautifully done. Just one little distraction for me is too many droplets in a row on the central flower.

I really love your flowers and the addition of the ladybug.

Danielle,

The lilies themselves are really lovely - beautifully done.  The ladybug is a cute addition, but the waterdrops are distracting (too many).

Love the background.

Really beautiful Arums and background      I just find the waterdrops too centralized on only one arum and too regimented - they must be more unevenly spread around

Beautiful painting !!!!!!   I agree there are too many water droplets  all in a grouping on the center flower.  The lady bug is a sweet addition.  Awesome background.  Good for you !!!!

:thankyou: all so much for your encouragement and advice.   here are my corrections on the arum lillies.   I have taken out about 11 waterdrops to the center lillies and added a few to the other lillies.    :thankyou: so much for the suggestion what a difference it makes.
:thankyou: Dennis for viewing my painting and commenting on it.

Here is my arum lilies painting.  I enjoy painting the layers.  I have to leave more hard lines on my shading but I do love blending.

Thank you for the wonderful lessons, Dennis.
