I thought I posted this to the right Lesson, but, when I went to look for it, it wasn't there!
It may pop up anywhere! I'm going to try again, hopefully, this time it will work
Details
It's really difficult to get the right colors from a photo, even when I fool around with the scanner and Digital Image Pro. This is the best I can do. The dark grasses don't stand out so much in the real painting. I made the lilies pink because it is my daughters favorite color and I was planning on giving it to her. I think I lost too many whites at the edges of the flowers, especially the smaller, center one. What do you think?

Beautiful colors! Except for the middle lily looking a bit squished, I think it's wonderfully done. The top two lilies look exquisite to me.
I'm sure your daughter will treasure it.

Sue, a very lovely painting
The problem with the center arum lily is that the left edge lines up alonside the left one instead of really overlapping it. This "lining up" makes it look part of the left lily.
Also darken up the background next to the middle lily's stem as it blends in too much to the background. Fix these up and you will have a
painting.

Sherri,
Lovely lilies. So pretty.
Just curious, the bottom veins on your beautiful leaves face down, but they face up at the top of the leaves. Is that how they are in real life. Never saw a leaf like that before - but I don't get around much!
Nice work!

Sheri....a beautiful picture. You did an awesome job. They are lovely.
Mea, yes..the veins go down as you get closer to the stem end. Have a look at the PDF and you will see the leaves.
