looks great Sally :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
just the horns look like they need a bit more sanding to get them round, they seem like they have a corner in the center, or is it just because the light is from the side?

Thanks for your help and advice Nolan, I will look again at the horns and alter them a bit. I think the light is magnifying it somewhat.

Gail....lovely job....they look awesome. Look forward to the rest.  Thanks for the info on the texture material, too.  They are really nice, and sure look real.

Sally...coming right along!  Can hardly wait to see after you've painted him.  Great job.

Wow, it's great already and you have even started to paint it.

This is going to be fabulous.

You have done a wonderful job with this painting and the texture Sally :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
I just love the battle scars on the horns
What you can do is add a shadow on the grass by the mouth using a colour wash - look at the reference photo and you will see the small shadow O0

Sally,

You did a really fine job on the rhino.  Love how you made the wrinkles in his skin.

Well done!

Thanks for your kind word Mea, Natalie and Nolan. I will add the shadows as you said Nolan, It is amazing how obvious something is when it is pointed out, yet i missed it after looking , looking,  looking.
