I did these while waiting for the power to be restored and I could get on Paintbasket for my courses.  They are practice so all advice is cheerfully accepted.

Good practice pics Mary Lou. Good colour and shading exercises. Every little bit extra you do takes you one step further forward.  O0

Very beautiful drawings, Mary lou. I really like your red barn, i love colourpencil drawings. And your grapes look great, i really like that drawing.
As you asked for some advice: just darken the grapes at the outside a  little more to the middle so your line around each grape doesn't show. Your shading looks great but when you make the dark part real black, you will see that they look even more round than they already do. You really have done an awesome job in difficult times, i don't think i would be able to draw as great as you did.

Thanks Rita, I actually see what you mean about the dark outline.  I had difficulty correcting this as I put a fixative on them, but I did manage to darken them a bit


I'm not the best photographer either !
