Deep in meaning Denise, but really a really bright painting!

Batman.
I will have the chance to achieve perfection, when and only when I can remember the future.

Careful Batman....this is a religious sensitive site.  ;D
The moment you find yourself mostly satisfied with a painting and think you'll "just quickly" do this or that, that's the moment to stop completely. Take the painting off your easel and put it aside for at least 24 hours, then reassess whether it really needs that tweak.

I love the idea of symbols and the universality of man's use of symbol and meaning. They are kind of primordial somehow. My grandson (9) has a current fascination with symbols and designing symbols as you have here. I'll have to show him your painting. He'll get it and love it.  I get notes and pictures signed with his symbol instead of his name. He had me design my personal symbol a few days ago. I can never just float through life with that kid. I have to be able to verbalize my belief systems and what I stand for. Sometimes in the form of poetry! They have a rule at their house. "Not before coffee." Life is never just about ninja turtles with him. :2funny:
