To all my lovely friends here at PB
, Thank you for the very nice and encouraging comments, it is much appreciated. This is one of the last drawings i made, and the portrait of Meryl Streep and till now i didn't paint or draw much.
Thank you also Lillian and Tania for your kind words, and Natalie for your PM, i do miss all of you too. I just have some hard times, and just lost joy in painting and drawing. The only thing i do right now, is atc's and my artjournal, with both i recently started. That i am able to manage, more and bigger is too much right now. I am extremely tired, and just lost joy and happyness in drawing and painting, but i am sure that it will come back,...someday...I do love art and everything with that, too much to let it slip away too far.

Rita--I am sad that you have lost your joy in painting and drawing. I pray that this is just a little hiatus for you and that we will see more of your wonderful work. Know that you have a special talent and hope and pray for better days

Ahhhhh, there you are!!! I'm glad I peeked in on the forum this evening.
Rita, enjoy the break, I'm not surprised that you need it. You've been a real art production machine and you've spent lots of time giving encouragement to many of us here.
I hope you get lots of rest and get much joy out of what you are doing with your journal.
Thanks for tuning in and letting us know how you're doing.

Rita, your drawing is very nicely done. Have you ever used watercolour pencils?

Rita....so great to see you on line and with such an awesome picture. It's amazing!! I sure know how you feel "losing the drive", but it does come back....honest. You are such an integral part of this family, so really look forward to more of your pencil work. It is outstanding.
