Anyone use Journey professional artist watercolors?  Just wondering how they compare with the other "bigger brands" such as WN, DS, etc. :thankyou:

:)I just purchased a few tubes for this class and have found them to be good.  No complaints so far.

I have several friends who use them constantly and swear by them.

Thanks!  I was a little worried since  http://www.paintbasket.com/members/Smileys/webby/undecided.gif they weren't a "name brand" they might not be as good.

I heard they were made by Da Vinci but just carried under the AJ name, I guess kinda like Lexus makes Toyotas ...

Maybe I'll give these a try, there a couple kits that look pretty decent.

There's an American  artist, Virgil Carter, somewhere in Pennsylvania or in that general area and he uses almost only American Journey paints, that he gets from Cheap Joe's. . . .
Check out his stuff: http://www.virgilcarterfineart.com/            Amazing!!!
I live to draw and paint, it a good thing that I don't have to draw and paint to live!
