    They all look wonderful to me and this didn't appear to be one easy challenge at all!  I'd be hard pressed to pick a favorite so congrats to all who accomplished this feat!

Well Mary, I'm up to almost 3 petals  :heeha: It certainly is a lot easier when you have Dennis leading the way. I am determined to try and finish this on my own with just the photo. I must be mad!  :crazy2:

Val, I'm in suspense-ders!      ...can't wait to see it.

Can't wait to see, Val...Your beginning was great and I'm sure it will be a beauty when you're finished.  For the past 3 watercolors, I've been doing exactly what you mentioned - following only the pic (and sometimes the pdfs) but I'm finding that the stopping and starting of the replay drives me wild after a time and makes it impossible to listen to music which I love to do when painting.  I think for me, as inexperienced as I am, it's training me to really have to analyze what I'm seeing and think things through if I've forgotten what Dennis did live and whether they come out the way I wanted or not, I do feel it's helping build my confidence and develop a better "eye.".  So I can't wait to see what you do with it.   :)

I watched the lesson but could not paint a long so tried this on my own.  I will wait for the replay and give it another go.  Patricia

Patricia, I love the true, vibrant color of the flower and leaves. Beautiful!

Well here is my paint along. Between the bad storms yesterday and the lesson. I was actually surprised I got it done.

Nina, you amaze me.  I don't know how you could concentrate with all those tornados whirling around you.

Nina, your painting is lovely. You really capture the delicacy of the flower.
