Thank you Thebryce and Dennis, I will remember next time not to use so much pigment, I think that that is my problem. Thanks again for looking at my paintings.

Lovely, lovely, lovely!!!! Looks like a storm is brewing though! I do love this, the strong light....the dark clouds moving in....time to reef the main!!!!
Unless this is the mood you were going for, yep...need to lighten up your backgrounds a bit and gain more atmospheric perspective.
Love it just the same.
