You're right....the scanner drank the color from your orange! Good job, B'man. Looks great. I like the bright colors and your shading is pretty close. Way to go!!

Batman! Yes the paintings are the same. I observed that when I put the painting on a frame with mat, pictures is very close the the reality. When I take the picture right out of the board, is always lighter, and different shades of color. And I have only one camera. I tried before to use the scanner, but the scanner changed the colors even more; and I have a good scanner. Thanks again for your kind comments. Doina

Thanks everyone.
Yeah the orange really got "drank" out of the orange and also, the highlights on the grapes just look like big white spots. Not like the painting.

Patricia.
I fiddled a bit with it in Phooshop and re uploaded. The grapes still look a bit stupid and the shadow next to the pineapple looks like it has a hard line running through the middle of it which isn't really there either.
I don't own the most sophisticated scanner by the way...

A nice picture, if I were to suggest anything it is slightly larger contrast in the fruits.

Batman, I had to do the bananas twice to get them correct - my first round they were so bruised they looked like they had been in a banana fight!!

Thanks, Miss Val - in looking at everyone's, I think I should have used a heavier touch...this was also done only with the PDF so maybe I have to look a little closer...or print it in color...
..just teasing...it's simply a violation of my no painting after midnight rule! Go get yours!!!
