9" x 12" Acrylic on framed canvas. My Daughter and her family are in Venice at this moment so I did this painting to give them as a memento when they return.

Cool. The side canals are usually 3 maybe 4 feet deep.

Alan, I love the Canal
Please, know that I am kind of a newbie here, so this may not be good advice, but here goes my 2cents anyway. I think there should be a 'bit of shadow' under the window sills, especially the yellow building at the far end of the canal. Just my opinion, ignore it if you disagree
