Shouldn't paint with one out of focus eye!  :D

Had to have a go last week, didn't look too bad or so I thought.  ::) Now that my vision has cleared up to its usual standard.... OI!!  Not sure what to do with the sky, suggestions? Looks like one of those coloured nougat taffy bars! STRIPES!!!
I think I can fix the water. Really mucked the bimini...any suggestions on how to get rid of some of that navy blue? Just need to get rid of a bit at the backend of the boom. Afraid it may leave an unsightly patch. The forestay is all wobbly, but that will just have to suffice.

OPEN TO ALL AND ANY SUGGESTIONS  :help:

Val, I don't know what there is to dislike!! I think it is coming along beautifully! Wonderful colors! If you did this with one eye, you definitely deserve a pat on the back!

Val it is not bad. I think you have divided your sky in half. Add some clouds. remember the lesson on the sky's that Dennis did? Go back and review it. Especially the one with the sunsets. That will help you. But keep going you will get it.  O0

 Val.  I think this is coming along nicely but I think the sky would be reflected in the water at the horizon...it would have that glow? Wouldn't it?  Love the glow in the sky but maybe for interest darken the sides or just one side with dark cloud shadows..Just my thoughts but you have the start of a lovely painting.  :smitten:

Thanks C., now that I've been away a few days ... well, I look at it and just shake my head!  ;D I'll have a go at it and see if I can do 'something' with it. Just mucking about really so not too bothered by it.  ::)

 Hi Nina, yes did the unthinkable and cut the sky right in half!  I actually did put in a fair bit of cloud, but it seems to have gone 'poof'  when it dried!  :2funny: The cad red just didn't seem to want to do anything I wanted it to do.  :D Doesn't want to lift either.  Will puzzle it through a bit more and see what comes out. Get ready to duck!  :eyesclosed:     :2funny:

Mary Lou, have you ever had days where it seems you have forgotten everything you thought you knew?!  :idiot2:   Yessir, was definately one of those days!  ;D Might have an abstract on my hands before I'm done! Will see what can be done with it.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.  O0
