Here are my renditions. Somehow, the camera shows them on the blue-ish side. They are greener in reality. I realy consider buying a better one. I just have to talk with the CFO to see if we can budget it  :2funny: :2funny:

Since my charts look just like the ones done by Val, Doina, and Harold,  I'll just save bandwidth and not post mine.

It was a fun class.  Glad I got to be a part of it.

Sorry I missed the class!   :'(

I have a friend visiting.  I won't say an 'old' friend, but we've been friends since childhood.

Interesting colour charts, folks.

Val, it looks like you had good internet connection today.   :yippee:
:congrats:  for keeping up with Dennis!   O0

I''m looking forward to the replay and learning more about making greens.

Nice color charts, everyone! It really was a great class, wasn't it?

I hung up my color charts on the wall next to my studio table so I can refer to it when needed, or for inspiration. I had no idea that I could get so many colors from the few colors we worked with today. A very important class, to be sure!

Cheers,
Jani

Okay, here is my chart that I forgot to make until 2 minutes before class. I used 5 blues and wondering if he used more. I needed to leave 15 minutes before the end of class. I will be making more charts for other colors. Having a book of the colors is not the same as actually doing one yourself. Love it thank you Dennis!!   :yippee:

I already put these up on my wall (please ignore the weird wallpaper), and I was planning on doing more mixes before posting, but here you go:

Nicely done Carol and Jani. I'm going to set up a new bigger chart on my big board. I still have a couple of different blues to try out. This is so cool!  :yippee:

Dennis....could you possibly give us a similar list to use for making browns? I tend to end up with a lot of orangey mud! Thank you kindly Oh-One-Eye-My King;)

Hi Val, here is a list of colors than you can use to make browns. I am using a lot this list:
1 - yellow, red and blue
2 - blue and orange
3 - red and green
4 - yellow and purple
5 - mixing together the earth colors in different proportions/concentrations.
I hope I helped, Doina

You have the principle now for mixing colours. Take the colours that Doina has put forward and make similar charts. You will be surprised at what comes out of them. O0
