Danielle, Thi is really nice. You colors are so vivid. What brand of WC are you using?

Mea, I inherited some paints from my father in law and they were all dry so I opened all the tubes and put them all in some ice trays with lids but I think they were mostly Winsor Newton. I have a few still not open and they are Windsor Newton. Also i used a fair amount of pigment.

Beautiful chart Danielle... I enjoyed doing the charts, fun to see all the possibilities...plus a real bonus to be able to mix the colours if I run out. I never know where or when I'll find my next art shop, or if they even have what I need. It's all a great adventure!
I seem to have 'gained' a couple more colours while up here... me thinks I shall have to do another chart!

Val, it was fun to see all the new colours and not having to struggle trying to mix it anymore. What new colours did you just get?
You should see the coulours i have gotten from my father in law. I have about 36 colours. And now i will be able to know the composition of each of them.

Spent the last couple of days working on these mixing green charts.
Surprising how many greens you can get with so few of colors.
I won't let my husband know
since he scored 86 (14ml) Winsor Newton
artist watercolors on Ebay for $200
. That he gave me for Christmas.
Imagine how many greens I could get from all those colors.
Suppose I'll just save them as convenience paints.

Natalie and Doina. I am using a watercolor sketch pad for the exercises. Liked the smooth
texture of the paper. Hoping to fill it up with more color mixing.

Thanks Danielle, yes the watercolor sketchbook worked wonderfully.
The photos don't show the hue correctly, but each square is different.
Used more squares than the class and probably could of used more. So many different
colors to make from golds to browns to greens and turquoises, the colors are limitless.
Great class.
