This is excellent Neil and being an Aussie like yourself I can relate to the type of stone and plants you have put int......your changing colours of the sandstone and how the iron mineral drip down over it are wonderful.   The only thing I want to know is where in WA this pool is as I want to go swim there :)

Truly excellent quality work. 


PS. I'm trying out plein air work at the moment....never done it before and never realised how hard it is!

Jackie, Fern Pool is at Dales Gorge - just beyond Fortescue Falls. It is really a beautiful spot, and a popular swimming hole among the locals and tourists alike.....
