Looking for a good subject Val. My husband says I can paint the house, however with a limited palette of cream lol
Thank you Dennis I always appreciate your critique. Cannot begin to tell you how fortunate I feel to have the opportunity to learn for you.

Ok, this is a bit off topic....but Jill, how do you feel about boat bottoms?
If I can find enough left over paintpots around the yard...you may have a few colours to play with. I'll even get you a roller!

Hey Brian! Are you using the masking tape or did you find the transparent one? I printed out the template today....must finish my passion flower first.

Thank you Brian.
Val, I'm a fast learner. I'll paint the boat. The bonus will be time in the Caribbean.
With regard to the tape used. I did the skyline using scotch magic tape. It was a pain as it torn into pieces as I was removing it. However, I found some scotch removable tape at Utrecht this week. It comes in a blue box. It works great!

Um .... it is finished.
I had to do something a little differently from everyone so far. I had to use my usual tape ...
... can't see through it. So had to improvise a bit. It seems to have worked ok, will have to wait until tomorrow to get a photo ... but I did it!
AND ... it looks GOOD!!!

Did you find the changes? Had to use regular masking...couldn't see the lines.
Used waterproof ink...so I suppose you could say it is a line and wash. Seems to have worked ok other than I think I have lost some of the aerial perspective due to the black lines. Don't seem to really notice it that much from a distance so I think it worked out ok.
What do you think?
