Patricia said something today about rarely reading any other categories but watercolor.  That's how I started out or I just looked up and down the category list for a recent date and read that article.

Then I found something wonderful -- the little section at the bottom of the Forum page that says: "View the most recent posts on the forum."

Now I go straight there, click on it.  Then I check all the posts and respond until I finally reach one that I wrote.  One time I actually had to get to the 100th post before I found my last post.

Another thing I learned today is that if you click on the photo you are commenting and open it up, you can drag it to where you are typing your comments, so you don't have to skip up and down the page to be sure you get the details right.

I stopped, trying to respond on every post on the forum; it leaves me no time to paint.  :idiot2: :crazy2: :2funny:

But when I get to the forum, I open the 'show unread posts' section; this will show me every post since I've been here.
Sometimes it doesn't show anything, that's the case when I open internet, PB is my homepage, but go to another website without reading anything. In those cases I click on the 'show all unread messages' button.

Many ways to go to Rome. ;)

The drag and drop the painting to your reply box was an eye opener for me.

Glad I helped you with the "drag and drop" suggestions, Germa.  Neat, huh!

Hmmm...I think you are right on just checking the "unread" posts.  That will save time.
