 :thankyou: Robin and Danielle. I forgot to tell you all what happened with this painting. I had it about half way done, when I made a mistake and the only thing that I could do was wash it all off and start over. After I dried the paper I knew I lost all of the sizing off of it. So I used that Daniel smith watercolor ground on the paper. Let it dry. Then started again. What I learned about this watercolor ground is you have to use a lot more water than usual. But it did work. Hope this helps.

Inspired by Nina's gorgeous painting I thought I would give this one a try. 

I really enjoyed trying the pastels, thanks Dennis for another excellent lesson   :)   

I take my hat off to those of you who do the paint along lessons, I would be lost without the "pause" button!
