Dennis, I have oil pastels, are they the same as soft pastels or do I have to buy a new box? BTW Thanks for the free classes, watched the replay this morning, you look younger than 2 years ago. Facelift? New mascara?  :)
If not now, when? If not me, who?

Good to hear from you again Claude   :welcome:  It's because of all the members keeping me on the run - no time to get or feel old :2funny: :2funny: :2funny:  How's the greenhouse  work going?

Oil pastels is a different technique to the soft pastels. There are some reasonably cheap soft pastel sets (30 per box) that one can buy.

Look forward to seeing you in technicolour pastel...you might want to consider what the discerning nouveau pastel artistes are wearing this year!

Not just one....but 2!!  :faint: Sometimes gets into the low 60's at night  :cold: One night last week we went down to 58!!  :cold: :cold: Daytime is about mid 70's, the odd day makes it up to about 84. Might have to go   :boat: back to the east Caribbean...didn't get this cold there!  ;D

Ray, I've just done a test and the PDF opens fine on my computers.
When I opened in my iPad I get the same as you. Will check with Nolan shortly and come back to you.

Come to Kansas. It was 5 degrees last night.

Claude good to see you are back. Hope you have been staying out of trouble. But we know better than that.

If you long-press, the option comes up to open in a new tab. It works there.

Hi Dennis, and all you lovely friends, I just saw the free pastel lessons and just had to do these, booked them and looking forward to it. I do have soft pastels but don't use them often, would be time  :) . Drawing isn't a great problem, so I think and hope I wil be able to follow the class. I missed all of you and ofcourse painting, hopefully I wont have problems with my wrist again. Just today I am allowed to use my right wrist again, even it was just for one hour.
