I have just completed 2 pastel paintings for an exhibition next month (March)

I can remember using pastels in my younger I recall I succeeded in making quite a mess, but there was a picture somewhere in the end! Decided that wasn't the medium for me, but who knows...
These are both lovely pictures. The inquisitive look on the cub's face is priceless. Like the fireman...AND...he has 2 normal looking eyes! The bane of my existence   :pullhair:

The cub's fur looks so soft and makes you feel like cuddling him, :hug: and I like the metallic shine of the old fireman's helmet! :)  You're a versatile artist; I just do better with oils and impasto; water color is out and I'm having challenges with acrylic painting. :painting:
