downloding a video

Dear PB team
I'm wondering if it's possible to download your videos? Sometimes I want to see a certain part of the video again but not the whole.But I can't jump forward to the part I want to see.It gets stuck and I have to refresh. To get to the part  I want to see, I've to wait sometimes an hour.Which is very annoying cause some lessons are 2 hrs long.

The PB videos can not be downloaded.

We all view online. I skip to where I need to be. I just make sure I don't have any other tabs open, otherwise I also get stuck.
