Hi Win, nice drawing.  :clap: :clap:  May I suggest for the old eye, I would add a bit more value.   As for the ladies eye I would correct the iris to a rounder form (left botom) and center the pupil (imagine a circle and center it). Also i would make the highlight brighter.

Thanks Danielle. amazing how the tiniest little crooked line can make a difference :) i can see the not so perfect circle of the iris, now that you have pointed it out.

I still do battle with  Tonal Values especially the subtle differences.  I shall revisit the Old mans eye and see if I can correct it or just redo it maybe, hes had  the eraser to him quite a bit  :P

Just be careful of making the eyelashes too evenly spaced, remember they clump together O0
