Finally I finished this assignement!
But once again I used rough wc paper. Not a good choice. Makes painiting hard.
I also mangaed to create short legged and tall torso figures!
Part of the learning process I gather?

Fruhulda,
I really like this pastel. You achieved good depth between the grass in the foreground and background.
Excellent.
As for the people, they are just wearing long jackets in my eyes.

Fruhulda,
I have never heard that expression before.
"like cotton around my heart"
Do you know its origin?
It's a lovely expression.

Lovely painting Fruhulda. You did a great job. The man in my painting looked like he had Anorexia Nervosa. Patricia

Thank you Patricia. I think Dennis said that you can put meat on the figures. Did you forget that?

Fruhulda, knowing me, I probably didn't even hear Dennis saying that. I get so engrossed with the job at hand that I don't hear/see anything around me. Art has a way of doing that to me. Patricia

Good start on your figures in pastel, Pamela. Yes, painting while watching the video is not easy.
