In order for me to easily find and answer queries about this Lesson I will appreciate it if everyone will keep these to this specific Lesson Posting only. This will also be of benefit to you as well in the future. Thanks

From now on I will have to watch the replays
due to your winter time and we got summer time in Sweden since a week ago. The time difference is now 14 hours instead of 12 and the class starts at my bed time.
Iwill check in the morning if anyone has posted their new paintngs though.

I may not be able to attend class today
can't get a transfer to go through for time/mb. Will keep trying, otherwise I'll just haunt the forum! BOO

Fun class Val-you'll enjoy the replay.
I had to do major surgery on this poor girl's chin-I really love how forgiving pastels are!

Jennylynn,
I love the way you've woven the colors together on this. Quite beautiful

You have a delicate feel to the lady, and she's really concentrating Natalie! and I like the experiments with colour

Jennylynn!....
My fingers have gone all crinkly with the pastels.

These are great!
I so wanted to see this class as it is a scene much closer to what is around me here. I am glad to hear that the pastels are so forgiving Natalie.... because I'm going to need a LOT of forgiveness!!
Can't wait to get the pastels in June.
I hope there are no flying restrictions on pastels.

I've lightened the face but still not happy with it. I've got butterfingers with pastels and I need to find my blutack.
You'll enjoy the challenge Val.

Karen,
Your pastel looks good. Looks like it was a difficult one to do. I shy away from doing hands.

Natalie, Jennylynn and Karen, also excellent paintings
Don't get bogged down with the minute details such as fingers, etc. Just add the shapes for this size painting and the brain will automatically fill in the details for you - believe me
