Your picture is beautiful.  The vegetation on the dunes is perfect. I had a hard time with that myself.

Nicely done Pamela. I think if you bring up the darks a bit more in the dunes it will bring them more forward. The bright sea is trying to steal the show!  :heeha:

Wow...the dunes are beautiful. It's so great to see each of the paintings...and with your own ideas. It's beautiful.
I've never seen dunes like this...North Pacific Coast seems desolate compared to S. Africa!  LOL

Sorry Jill, I could not reply sooner. Unfortunately I never booked this class as life has been pretty hectic around here with family.  I have so much on my plate but hopefully it will all calm down soon ... wishful thinking ... my youngest daughter is having her first baby any time now, I have my grandchildren sleeping over too as my eldest daughter is a nurse and is working 12 hour night shifts and her husband has to be at work at 4.20 a.m. so Granny has to take over.  Phew  :sweat: :sweat: :sweat: .

I enjoyed doing this one as the sea was not front and centre. A pleasant chance painting the 'DUNES'
