Natalie very dramatic love it the white foam does stand out very well O0and the sea very well done , don't be so hard on yourself, really another great painting
patricia another brilliant painting love the serene look of this and the sea green of the wave beautiful

Danielle, Jill, Nancy and Jennylynn for the lovely comments. I really enjoyed the class and the more I use pastels, the better I like them. Looking forward to seeing your painting Nancy when you have tweeked it and everyone else's too.

Wow...great pictures, Ladies. They are both so neat with the yellows for the transparancy of the waves. I love them both. Way to go, girls.

Apologies for the late entry - My dear new Comp was in hospital for a few days
Anyway .......
Both these paintings are excellent in the execution of the techniques.
Nothing wrong with them - one is late afternoon and the other early evening - that's all! I'm happy with them both

Jay! Love the streaking of the foam on the faces, the crests starting to break and the spray flying back from the wave tops. The light shining through is beautiful. Job well done.

jay, this is a beautiful rendition of the waves! Looking at the picture I can hear their sound of breaking and running to the beach. Great
