Great work Dorothy and Jenny  O0 This looks like it was a lot of fun, lots of lifting out and layering... I love that doing that stuff! Now everyone can have beards!!!  :heeha:

Here is my rendition of the beards. Nolan that was very informative and interesting course. :thankyou: :-*
1)  I suppose that the white beard method could also be used in  drawing a white animal etc .
2)   You mentioned during the course to let you know re other portrait classes,  the one I would like as you probable know is in pastels. I have done some but I am positive you will have some other tricks I don't know that would help me making my drawing more natural.   :thankyou:

Jennylynn,

Your guy seems to have a very light growth of beard. This one reminds me of an old boyfriend who had a spot where no beard would grow, so he filled it in with black marker.
