More initial pencil work just means more accurate the drawing - if you want it photographic style

Feeling frustrated with my Fair Oaks Bluff watercolor painting so took a break and reengaged with my pen & ink lessons. Here's my Cat on a Log! I used to be a cat person but my husband is allergic to cats so that's why we now have our dog, Cabo...still love the kitties!

Thanks Dennis and Mea! I really love doing eyes in p&i since I've been taught how to do them so well!! And it does look like it's purring!
