I have attempted to complete the shadow on my strawberries painting twice and both times I seem to have gotten nearly the same results.
I need some additional practice with shadows. I did okay with the apples but this was more difficult for me. Any suggestions on other practice pieces would be appreciated.

What you want to is continue to add the highlight detail to the front strawberry, all the way to the tip.Remember that shadows are dark against the object and then dissipate the further away from the object they are. Look carefully at the shadows on my painting to see the effect O0

Here is a photo of my updated strawberries painting. It is amazing the difference with the darkened shadows.
