Acrylic on canvas 60x75cm
I did this one today. It represent my overflowing thoughts. Trying to make sense of chaos.

Dennis, I don't do them often but I feel I need to learn to free up.

This is a very encouraging technique that not many artists do. It is very difficult to express feelings right at the moment in a painting. Keep up!!!

So interesting how some thoughts are recurring, connect to one another; some are short-lived; they keep coming non-stop. I uuess you're right that sometimes we get bogged down, have to expose them, prioritize, and cut some away! Well done work of art, Zilpa!
Hope you're feeling refreshed! Doing some art does me wonders! I forget about everything and enter a world of my own where the experience is just as valuable as the visible results. It would be interesting to know what art does for others!

Juan, Lillian and Liz.
I agree Liz, art keeps me grounded. I am bi-polar and I use art as therapy.

That is so wonderful, Zilpa! My husband is asking me about my next art project! I love the therapeutic benefits of art! God bless you!
