About two or three months ago a bought a set of Tombow Mono Drawing pencils.  Ive come to love these pencils.  Ive used several different brands such as Derwent, Fabre-Castell and Generals but Tombow are the best I have ever used.  They have a very smooth feel to them, almost like using a colord pencil, they kinda feel like there oil based.  Just a very smooth application.  And the lead is very high quality, lead keeps a sharp point for quite a while.  Besides the lead being high quality, the wood casing is also great.  I found that with several other pencils Ive used that the wood casing would chip-ALOT.  But with these tombow pencils that is not the case.
 
I highly recomend these pencils.

Nolan, do you have an Amazon.nz? Amazon is selling the pencils for about $10 (American $$$)

no we don't. If I can't find them locally then I will order from the US
