My word for today was flower. I did this with corel painter x3. It took me about 4 hours. I love the fact that it looks like an oil painting on line. I used digital oil paint and chalk to get the effects.

The outcome of your digital painting is lovely Zilpa! I like the use of chalk fx and digital oils to create the look of the petals.
Keep up the great work

I love digital art but, I'm using it for creativity now too. It allows me to experiment and change/erase and layer ideas.

Here is something totally different. I found the postcard template on the dollar photo club, and the stamp as well. So I placed the stamp which had a black background and had to replace that with the envelope colour going around all the little teeth. I then filled in the card and placed my art work on it. The bird and orchids I painted earlier on the pc and the pen is my drawing I did as part of my picture a day.

Yesterday's word was Bee.
This one is so unlike me to do, but I love it. Now to work out how to do this in real paint.
