Maybe I overdid the glazing...yes, there should be shadow on the side of the cup.

Louisa,

Love the translucent effect you have on the cup and saucer.

The inside of the cup looks so real with the way the espresso is sticking to the sides and the color variations on the surface of the liquid.

You did a great job of getting the spoon to look right under the cup handle. Agree with Robin on the reflection.

I'm assuming the background is a pretty tablecloth - love how you blended the soft colors.

Uh, uh, hmmm, I cannot think of anything to improve. See, it is better than you thought.
