Ok. I have tried and tried to put the little smiley faces into my response, but it never works. How do you do it or what am I doing wrong? All I get is the gif information.
Thank you
Kris

Hi dnaleri 3 ......    when you see the gif info in your responses, move the curser away from the gif info with your space bar a hit or two, before you begin typing again.  Check your preview of your message before you send it and you should see your smiley  face / etc.

Hope this is what you were looking for   :1hug:

That is weird. What browser are you using?

Internet Explorer. It still does the same thing every time I click on an emoticon.  Just a description of the face comes on now.

When I click on the face:   :thankyou: that is what happens. I guess I need to visit the Geek Squad :)

Oh wow it is now working. I think when I switched to Internet Explorer as my browser in the Tools section, it changed it. Thank you so much for that advice!!!  :thankyou:

Glad it is working. Explorer is usually the culprit. Firefox has been very stable for me.

So happy it's working for you now.  I also use Firefox.  It never lets me down.
