this is one of the neatest barn drawings I have seen, awesome job :yippee: :yippee: :yippee:
just ensure your verticals are vertical (in this case the barn door). No matter what angle you look at a building, etc. verticals always remain vertical O0

I think I see what you are replying to the barn door opening seems to be slightly slanted,  I will fix it.  Thank you

Nolon, I revised the barn door, hope this is what you were implying.  It was not perpendicular to the roof line.  If not please explain.   :thankyou:

Bellarina,

How sweet of you to ask.  I had a busy few days but last night I started Nolan's class on abstract skylines.  I did the acrylic background.

Will let you know how it comes out soon.

What are you working on?

Oh, acrylics sound fun. I definitely would like to see your progress.  I've started the tulip in oil, a bloody mess i tell you.  Much messier than pencils.   :crazy2:.  Hope to have it finished this weekend if all goes well.  I actually started the tulip before I signed up for the Lets Draw course, then stopped the painting because I couldn't even draw the initial tulip with the watercolor pencil and decided I might just have to learn to draw first.  :2funny:  Still planning on continuing with my drawing.  Just needed a diversion from the drawing for a bit.
   Happy  :painting:

Mea,

I can't wait to see how your skyline comes out.  That class is "calling to me".  My daughter works in center city Philadelphia  -  so I want to do that skyline and give to her.  I am currently doing the landscape series - so it will need to wait a little while

Finally got around to finishing Mr Squirrel.  I found him very challanging but enjoyed the process.  Any areas for improvement would be sincerely appreciated.

Great drawing of the squirrel
just soften the line where the leg meets the back - tap it with your kneaded eraser
