Before class, transfer the outlines to your canvas and mask off the rose so the background is exposed

Nolan bought this class yesterday. But it is showing that I still have to buy it.  Is there a template for this or are we suppose to draw this free hand.

I was hoping a pdf would appear when the class opened up.  I'll have to check later tonight when I get home from church.

seems like I have a problem in my script that unlocks the delayed release classes, I am trying to figure out what it is. :-\
You should all be able to access the class now, let me know if you still can't

Natalie, the pdf is below the class video as normal, maybe you just need to scroll down?

This is the rose of many interruptions!  :pullhair:
By the time I got back to it my internet was down.  I'm going to have to grab some popcorn and see how Nolan ended this painting.
I'm hoping to mix enough dark green to cover my signature and make it less in your face.  I don't know what I was thinking.

Your Rose is beautiful......dare I say I think it's better than the photo..so very soft and delicate to look at  You've done a wonderful job and should be proud.

I hope to start this one on Monday....I've be plein airing in my yard and also have a new electric bike that allows me to get out on my own and take photos in the area.

Have grand daughter this weekend so definitely won't be able to concentrate on Nolan until then, though I have watched the video a couple of times so hopefully I can at least get to sketch it and put in on a canvas with clear coat.

Meanwhile I really really like this and look forward to seeing your sunset one as well.

Natalie,

What a lovely rose.  You may have just convinced me to try acrylics.
